Digital Die-Cutter
Always on the cutting edge, Spectra Images utilizes a large format, precision digital die-cutter from Zund Cutting Systems. Specifically designed for fast, precise cuts, the new cutter allows Spectra to quickly replicate your design exactly without expensive conventional cutting methods or time-consuming hand cutting. Any size, any shape, any quantity – if you can design it, Spectra can cut it.
The trend towards just-in-time production, shorter runs, and greater variety of substrates makes traditional die-cutting methods and manual cutting inefficient, if not obsolete. The new cutter allows Spectra to quickly take your project from the printer to cutter and provide an increased level of customization with faster turnaround times, consistently high quality and affordable cost.
The massive worktable can hold nearly any substrate up to an inch thick. Then, with a variety of cutting and routing tool attachments, the Zund cutter quickly transforms the material into dynamic signage and point-of-purchase displays. From fast, precise straight cuts to detailed shapes, it can handle it all.
Flat Bed Printing
UV Curable inks on substrates up to 1.75” thick and 80” wide. A variety of substrates available from eco-friendly recycled paper products to aluminum sheets.
Eco Solvent Printing
Able to print on medias up to 100” wide. Environmentally friendly Eco-Solvent inks create graphics that will last up to 5 years outdoors. Perfect for outdoor banners and displays
Aqueous Printing
Pigmented inks for stable colorfast graphics on either front or backlit medias. Highest quality for indoor graphics.
Mounting & Lamination
Lamination and mounting from floor graphics to ceiling hanging signs and everything in-between. Up to 55” wide and .75” thick, thermal or pressure sensitive.
